Post Study Work Permit.
After the completion of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, students are eligible to apply for 2 years’ post study work permit in the UK. Upon receiving the degree from the University, students are required to fill an online application form for the post study work permit. During the 2 years’ work permit, the students are required to do 1-year field job or earn £26,000 per annum, thereafter the student is entitled with 3 or 5 years of additional work permit (Skilled Worker Visa). After the completion of 5 years of work permit, the students are eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK which is equivalent to receiving the Permanent Residence in the UK.
